At our catering service, we specialize in providing delicious meals for medium to large groups. Due to the nature of our offerings and the type of dishes we serve, we have established a minimum order requirement. BABA GANOUGE
Mashed roasted Eggplant mixed with tahini, fresh garlic and lemon juice, topped with Sumac, kalamata
and Olive Oil
KIBBEH
Bulgur wheat blended with ground meat and aromatic spices, shaped into balls and stuffed with meat, onion and pine nuts
SAMBOSAK
Golden, crescent-shaped pastries filled with spiced ground beef, savory cheese, or tangy spinach.
MUHAMMARA
A blend of roasted red peppers, walnuts, pomegranate molasses, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, chili pepper and cumin.
